Shu spends over an hour explaining the importance of plasma effects in astrophysics. The customer turned out to be an art history major.


The space plasma brain twister machine. Most of the questions were at an elementary level, but some of them were so hard even to our own lab members.
Signs pointing where our lab is. Inside the building was flooded with these signs, which must have annoyed a lot of people.


Supposed to be a demo of Sine-Gordon equation. We learned that any solutions, kink, anti-kink, breather, or whatever, will dissipate in a short time in reality.
